Uninor Automobile – Electric Two Wheelers

Booking / Partial Payment Refund

At Uninor Automobile, customers can request a refund of the booking or partial payment amount at any time before invoicing of the vehicle. To initiate a refund, customers must contact Uninor Automobile support with their order details and registered mobile number.

The refund request will be verified and processed within 7–10 working days. The approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Full Payment (Ex-Showroom Price) Refund

Customers who have paid the full ex-showroom price can request a refund within 48 hours of booking or before vehicle invoicing, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be processed after applicable deductions (if any) as per Uninor Automobile policies. The final approved amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Other Uninor Products (Non Two-Wheeler)

For other products offered by Uninor Automobile, refund requests can be raised within 7 days of purchase or before order processing, whichever is earlier.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are applicable only before vehicle invoicing or dispatch.
  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.
  • Uninor Automobile reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.
  • Any applicable charges or deductions will be informed at the time of processing.
